Cold-formed sheet steel greca profiles. With thicknesses from 0.5 to 1 mm, and galvanised, lacquered and special coatings: GRANITE (HD, HDS, HDX and FARM), Platisol, PVDF, PET and PVC. Greca height from 30 to 60 mm and usable width of 1,000 mm.

Sandwich panels with two metal sides and a polyurethane core. One side is smooth and the other has a greca profile, or imitates traditional tiles.

They provide a high level of insulation as a result of the tongue and groove system for connecting the panels to each other.

Different sheet thicknesses and total panel thicknesses are available (30, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm), with a usable width of 1,000 mm.

Galvanised, lacquered and special coatings available: GRANITE (HD, HDS, HDX and FARM), Platisol, PVDF, PET and PVC. Optional rock wool core, for high fire resistance.

With a greca profile, a translucent panel made of polyester resin with fibreglass core or extruded polycarbonate offers high UVA protection and durability.

Thickness 1 mm. Usable width 1,000 mm.

Another option is cellular polycarbonate panels, which are 30 mm thick and compatible with all panel thicknesses, with a usable width of up to 1,150 mm.

Both formats offer excellent properties as regards natural light dispersion inside the building, with the consequent energy saving.

Sandwich panels manufactured with two sides made of sheet steel and a PIR foam core.

They are designed to withstand temperatures from -50 °C to +60 °C. They are equipped with gaskets, which means they can withstand different external and internal temperatures.

Available in different thicknesses (from 40 mm to 240 mm) and formats (1,000 or 1,125 mm).

Recommended for use in cold rooms, chilling and freezing tunnels, conservation and freezing rooms, processing areas, drying rooms, cleanrooms and similar.

They are thoroughly hygienic and safe from damp and the emergence of mould and bacteria.

For environments with controlled temperatures, it is possible to install different types of cold storage door, including hinged and sliding doors.

Sandwich panels consisting of two steel sides and rock wool core, which makes them highly resistant to fire.

They are ideal for creating internal compartmentalisation in different types of building and other premises, to comply with fire protection legislation.

Different sheet thicknesses and total panel thicknesses are available (50, 80, 100 and 120 mm), to offer EI 30, 90, 120 or 240 fire resistance.

We have a wide range of PVC finishing profiles for cleanrooms, cold rooms, food processing rooms and similar, to make it easy to clean corners and places that are difficult to reach.

We also offer wall protectors manufactured in PVC, to avoid damage caused by heavy loads and machinery.

False ceilings and wall coverings based on cellular panels manufactured in PVC are also available. These can be used to create flat surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain. They are ideal for protection from damp and are highly resistant to impact.

Manufacturing and assembly of all types of profile, guttering, chute and rafter in galvanised steel (0.6 mm to 1.5 mm) and lacquered steel (0.6 mm), in different shapes, in accordance with the requirements of the works being performed.

Unit ventilation is extremely important, which is why we offer fans for installation in the unit roof:

  • Static fans, which do not consume electricity or make any noise. Ideal for installation in any type of warehouse.
  • Mixed fans (static-dynamic), which allow the user to control ventilation, using the dynamic function. Ideal for expelling heat accumulated inside the facility.
