The mission of METÁLICAS ÍSCAR, S.L.U. is to be a leader in the metal carpentry manufacture and assembly market, including steel structures. One of its development strategies is to establish, implement and maintain a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.

The management of METÁLICAS ÍSCAR, S.L.U. uses its Quality Management System as a way of organising company life. It is based on the following principles:

  • Our mission TO ENSURE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED, which materialises through our commitment to deliver products that comply with legal requirements (e.g. CE mark in accordance with EN 1090 Execution of steel structures) and meet our customers’ expectations;
  • Fostering training and competence among our staff, and making the necessary resources available to create and launch training plans, aimed at developing the skills of the members of the organisation;
  • Promoting a plan to continuously improve the quality management system, where PREVENTING mistakes is a fundamental principle.

Management assumes all these commitments and asks every employee to support this policy and perform their work in such a way as to enable the company to achieve the improvement objectives set out in the plan.
